No. All GYMHUR rashguards use 100% full dye-sublimation printing, where ink is permanently embedded into the polyester fibres rather than applied on the surface. Belt-rank colours, sponsor logos, and all-over artwork will never crack, peel, or fade regardless of training intensity or wash frequency. We do not use screen printing on performance rashguards.
Yes, all three. We offer complete OEM pattern grading for long-sleeve (standard BJJ competition cut), short-sleeve (MMA and No-Gi training), and sleeveless compression vest cuts. You can submit Tech Packs for any cut, or our pattern masters can develop a new cut from your reference sample or sketch. MOQ is 50 pieces per design across all cuts.
Yes. Our Polyester/Spandex fabric with UPF 50+ rating is equally suited for surf and water sports applications. Surf rashguard cuts typically use a slightly lighter GSM (180–200 GSM) for faster drying, and we can specify chlorine-resistant fabric treatments for pool and ocean use.
