Premium Custom Rashguards & Compression Gear Manufacturing Services
At GYMHUR, we specialise in private label rashguard manufacturing for global combat sports brands, MMA academies, BJJ gyms, and surf apparel retailers. As a leading OEM factory based in Sialkot, Pakistan — the world’s sporting goods manufacturing capital — we provide end-to-end production from sourcing high-tenacity Polyester/Spandex blends to precision pattern grading and retail-ready custom packaging.
Every rashguard we produce is engineered for the specific demands of its sport: BJJ rashguards built for mat friction and compression, MMA rashguards designed for cage-ready durability, and surf rashguards cut in a lighter weight for faster drying in the water. Whether you are launching a combat sports brand, outfitting a BJJ academy, or building a surf apparel label, GYMHUR delivers the manufacturing precision your brand demands.
Customization & Fabric Technology
Our custom rashguard line covers every combat discipline and water sport. We offer multiple cuts and construction methods to match your brand’s specific requirements:
- Long Sleeve: Full arm coverage for BJJ competition and cold-water surf. Standard for IBJJF-legal competition rashguards.
- Short Sleeve: Training-focused cut, popular for MMA and No-Gi grappling.
- Sleeveless / Compression Vest: Minimal coverage for wrestling, gym training, and layering under a gi.
Fabric & Performance: Standard construction uses an 80% Polyester / 20% Spandex blend at 180–240 GSM — heavy enough to be fully opaque and abrasion-resistant, light enough to move with the athlete. Combat cuts typically sit at 200–240 GSM for mat abrasion; surf cuts run 180–200 GSM for faster drying. The fabric meets UPF 50+ for sun protection, though we do not hold independent lab certification for it — if your market requires certified UPF labelling, we can arrange third-party testing at your cost.
Printing & Branding: 100% full dye-sublimation printing across all styles — ink is permanently embedded into the fibre, not applied on top. Belt-rank colours, sponsor logos, academy crests, and all-over artwork are reproduced with no risk of cracking, peeling, or fading through hundreds of wash cycles. We do not screen print rashguards, because plastisol cracks across high-stretch panels within a season — our printing methods guide explains why sublimation is the only durable option on compression fabric. Custom woven neck labels, branded inside-neck prints, and silicone anti-slip waist bands are all available.

How to Manufacture Your Custom Rashguards with GYMHUR
1. Submit Your Tech Pack
Send us your Tech Pack, reference samples, or design files. Don’t have a Tech Pack yet? Use our free Tech Pack Builder to specify your rashguard in minutes and download a PDF brief. We will review your fabric requirements, cut specifications, sizing charts, and branding details and provide a precise manufacturing quote within 24 hours.
2. Prototyping & Sampling
Before bulk manufacturing, we source your specific Polyester/Spandex blend, cut to your pattern, and produce a pre-production sample. You test the fit, compression, sublimation quality, and UPF performance before any bulk commitment.
3. Bulk Production & QC
Once your sample is approved, we move to bulk production using reinforced 4-needle flatlock machines and strict inline QC at every stage — fabric inspection, mid-sew measurement checks, and a final audit before packaging.
4. Global Delivery
We handle the logistics. Air freight via DHL or FedEx delivers to the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia in 7–12 days. Sea freight for large bulk orders takes 25–40 days. Your rashguards arrive fully packaged, labelled, and retail-ready.
Frequently Asked Questions About Rashguard Manufacturing
We manufacture rashguards using an 80% Polyester / 20% Spandex blend at 180–240 GSM. Combat cuts for BJJ and MMA typically sit at 200–240 GSM for the opacity and abrasion resistance heavy mat work demands; surf cuts run 180–220 GSM for faster drying. This construction provides 4-way stretch for full range of motion and high-compression muscle support. For a full explanation of fabric weights and which GSM to specify, see our GSM guide.
Our long-sleeve and short-sleeve cuts are made to IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation) dimensional and fabric requirements, so they are legal to compete in. To be clear about the distinction: that is not the same as being IBJJF Approved. IBJJF approval is a separate programme brands apply and submit samples for, and we have not put our patterns through it. We believe they would pass, but we will not claim an approval we do not hold. If your brand wants IBJJF Approved status, we can build to the specification and support your application. Submit your Tech Pack with your target ruleset and our pattern team will confirm the details before sampling.
No. All GYMHUR rashguards use 100% full dye-sublimation printing, where ink is permanently embedded into the polyester fibres rather than applied on the surface. Belt-rank colours, sponsor logos, and all-over artwork will never crack, peel, or fade regardless of training intensity or wash frequency. We do not use screen printing on performance rashguards.
Yes, all three. We offer complete OEM pattern grading for long-sleeve (standard BJJ competition cut), short-sleeve (MMA and No-Gi training), and sleeveless compression vest cuts. You can submit Tech Packs for any cut, or our pattern masters can develop a new cut from your reference sample or sketch. MOQ is 50 pieces per design across all cuts.
Yes. Surf rashguard cuts use a lighter 180–220 GSM for faster drying, with the same sublimation printing, MOQ, and lead times as our combat range. Two points worth being straight about. First, the fabric meets UPF 50+ but we do not hold independent lab certification for it; if your market requires certified UPF labelling, we can arrange third-party testing at your cost. Second, our standard fabric is not chlorine-resistant. Chlorine-resistant yarn is available only as a custom fabric order and carries a substantially higher MOQ than our standard 50 pieces, so tell us early if pool use is a requirement.
Pre-production sampling takes 10–21 days including pattern making and fabric sourcing. Once your sample is approved, bulk production averages 3–4 weeks depending on order volume. Air freight (DHL/FedEx) to the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia takes 7–12 days after dispatch. Sea freight takes 25–40 days. Orders using in-stock fabric colours are processed faster than orders requiring custom dyeing.
Yes. We offer full OEM sizing for men’s, women’s, and youth rashguards. Women’s cuts typically include a slimmer torso taper and shorter body length. Youth sizing is graded from ages 4–14 using standard sizing charts or your custom measurements. All cuts are available in long-sleeve, short-sleeve, and sleeveless configurations with the same MOQ of 50 pieces per design.
