MOQ starts at 50 units per style for most activewear including leggings, sports bras, hoodies, and joggers. Lower quantities may be available for repeat clients or simple styles.
Sampling takes 10–21 days from artwork approval. Bulk production takes 3–4 weeks after sample sign-off. Total lead time from first enquiry to delivered order is typically 6–8 weeks for new clients.
Yes. GYMHUR is a pure private label and OEM manufacturer. We produce to your specifications and ship under your branding — your labels, hangtags, and packaging throughout. We do not co-brand or place our name on your products.
4-needle flatlock stitching creates a flat, low-profile seam on the outside of the garment — the standard construction for compression leggings and fitted gym wear where internal seam bulk would cause discomfort. Heat bonding fuses fabric panels together using adhesive and heat instead of thread, producing a completely seamless, stitch-free finish used on premium sports bras and technical gym tops.
GYMHUR works primarily in nylon-spandex and polyester-spandex blends for compression and fitted activewear, and French terry, fleece, and scuba knit for outerwear and streetwear. Fabric weight, composition, and finish can be adjusted to your requirements. We do not carry bonded fleece or tech fleece construction.
