Who we are

Our website address is: https://gymhur.com. We are a sportswear manufacturing company based in Sialkot, Pakistan, serving B2B clients worldwide.

Contact Forms

When you submit a query through our contact form or request a quote, we collect the data shown in the form (such as your Name, Company Name, Email, and Phone Number). We use this information solely for customer service purposes and to process your manufacturing orders. We do not use this information for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt-in.

Tech Pack Builder

When you use our Tech Pack Builder, we collect the product details you choose (such as fabric, measurements, branding, quantities and notes) and, on the final steps, your contact details (name, brand, email, phone and destination country). If you leave the builder partway through, we record how far you got and the options you chose. If you haven’t entered contact details, this record is anonymous and is deleted after 90 days.

Images you upload stay on your device until you press “Send to GYMHUR”. They are then included in a PDF of your tech pack, which is emailed to our team and stored securely on our server. We also send you a confirmation email.

To let you continue later, the builder saves your progress in your own browser for 14 days. Pressing “Start Over” clears it. We use your tech pack information only to review, quote and produce your order, and we keep it on the same basis as other inquiries (see “How long we retain your data”).

Cookies

When you first visit our website, a cookie banner asks for your consent. Strictly necessary cookies, such as the one that remembers your cookie choice, are always set. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings on our website.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website, for example which pages are visited and how far people get in the Tech Pack Builder. It only runs if you accept analytics cookies. It collects information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, your device and browser, and the website that referred you. For the Tech Pack Builder, we also record general choices such as the product type and order size, but never your name, email, phone number or uploaded images. Google processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles and pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos of our manufacturing process). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or trade your personal data to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you (such as shipping partners like DHL/FedEx), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

How long we retain your data

For users that contact us, we retain your inquiry information indefinitely for administrative, legal, or security purposes, and to maintain a record of your manufacturing history with us.

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
