The two standard fabric constructions for gym crop tops are Polyester/Spandex interlock (95/5) and Nylon/Spandex interlock (90/10), both at 180–240 GSM. Polyester/Spandex is the performance standard — excellent moisture-wicking, rapid dry time, and holds sublimation printing with exceptional colour accuracy. It is the correct choice for performance gym brands and high-volume printed collections. Nylon/Spandex produces a noticeably softer, more luxurious hand-feel with a natural sheen and superior stretch recovery over time.
