A quality chamois uses multi-density foam — different foam densities in different zones, with thicker, higher-density padding under the sit bones where pressure concentrates, and thinner, more flexible foam in areas that move with the pedal stroke. Single-density foam found in budget shorts compresses after a few hours and loses its protective function. Bib shorts have integrated shoulder straps (bibs) that hold the shorts in place without a waistband. The bibs eliminate all waistband pressure on the abdomen and keep the chamois correctly positioned throughout the ride, making them the preferred construction for rides over two hours and for competitive cyclists. Padded cycling shorts (waist shorts) use an elasticated waistband without bib straps. They are easier to put on and remove and are the preferred entry-level construction for club kit, event souvenir kit, and riders new to padded cycling apparel. Both constructions use the same chamois pad options and fabric. Our custom cycling jerseys are manufactured in Polyester/Spandex (90% Polyester / 10% Spandex) at 150–180 GSM. This is the standard performance construction for road cycling, gravel, and club kit globally. The Polyester/Spandex knit delivers full 4-way stretch, excellent moisture-wicking and rapid dry time, and holds full dye-sublimation printing with exceptional colour accuracy and wash durability. The 10% Spandex content provides enough stretch for an aerodynamic racing fit without excessive compression. We can adjust the fabric weight and Spandex percentage within this range depending on whether you require a closer race fit or a more relaxed club fit.

These three jacket constructions serve different conditions and use cases. A waterproof shell jacket uses a waterproof membrane bonded to a ripstop Nylon or Polyester outer with taped seams to prevent water penetration in sustained rain. It is packable, lightweight, and worn when conditions deteriorate mid-ride. A softshell jacket combines a wind and water-resistant outer with a soft fleece inner backing. Heavier and warmer than a shell jacket, it is designed for cold-weather training where full waterproofing is not required but wind protection and warmth are. A shower-proof windbreaker or gilet uses a lightweight woven Polyester with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating that repels light rain and blocks wind without the weight or cost of a membrane jacket. Yes. Women’s cycling kit requires genuinely different patterns, not simply scaled-down men’s sizing. Women’s jerseys are cut with a shorter front panel, narrower shoulders, and waist shaping to fit a female torso correctly in the riding position. Women’s bib shorts and padded shorts use a women’s-specific chamois pad — wider in the sit-bone area and shorter in the front panel to match female anatomy. Women’s bib short bib straps are also available in a drop-seat or front-zip configuration to make nature stops easier without removing the jersey. Yes — club and event kit is one of our primary markets for cycling apparel. Full dye-sublimation printing allows your club colours, sponsor logos, rider names, race numbers, and any artwork to be printed across the entire garment with no additional cost per colour. The sublimation print is permanent and wash-fast — it will not crack, peel, or fade over the lifespan of the garment. For club kit orders, we can produce a single design in multiple sizes from MOQ 50 pieces total across the size run. For event souvenir kit such as gran fondo jerseys, higher quantities are standard and we can accommodate rush timelines for event deadlines. Our minimum order quantity starts at 50 pieces per design — suitable for small club kit runs, new cycling brand launches, and event souvenir kit. Pre-production sampling takes 10–21 days including pattern making, fabric and chamois sourcing, and sublimation artwork approval. Once your sample is approved, bulk production averages 3–4 weeks depending on order complexity. Air freight to the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, and Australia takes 7–12 days.
