We manufacture fight shorts using a lightweight 4-way stretch fabric, typically an 85% Polyester and 15% Spandex blend at 120–160 GSM. This specific composition provides unrestricted leg movement, sweat-wicking breathability, and the fast-drying performance required for combat sports. For compression-style Vale Tudo or BJJ grappling shorts, we use a higher-Spandex blend (80% Polyester / 20% Spandex) for a tighter muscle-support fit.

Our minimum order quantity for custom fight shorts starts at 50 pieces per design or colourway. This applies to all cuts — MMA standard, BJJ grappling, Muay Thai, and Vale Tudo compression shorts. For brands using in-stock fabric colours, we can often accommodate smaller sample runs prior to bulk commitment.

No. All GYMHUR fight shorts use 100% full dye-sublimation printing, where ink is permanently embedded into the polyester fibres rather than applied on top. This means your brand’s logos, team colours, and artwork will never crack, peel, or fade — regardless of how many washes or training sessions the shorts go through. Screen printing is not used on performance fight shorts.

Yes. We offer full OEM pattern grading for all combat sports cuts. You can submit Tech Packs for MMA standard (Velcro slit), Vale Tudo (tight compression), Muay Thai (high slit satin), BJJ grappling (no-gi stretch), or a custom hybrid cut. Our pattern masters can also develop a new cut from your sketch or reference sample if you don’t have a Tech Pack.

Yes. We manufacture custom boxing shorts as a distinct cut from MMA fight shorts. Boxing shorts feature a wider leg opening, a higher waist, a longer rise, and are typically made from either a lightweight satin-effect polyester for the traditional competition look, or an interlock knit spandex for training shorts that require more stretch and freedom of movement. We offer both traditional long-cut boxing shorts and the shorter Mexican-style cut. Waistband options include a full-width branded elastic panel with your logo, and all designs are available in full dye-sublimation or with embroidered logos on satin fabric. MOQ is 50 pieces per design.

Yes, as standard. All GYMHUR fight shorts are assembled using heavy-duty 4-needle, 6-thread flatlock stitching throughout. We include a diamond or triangle crotch gusset on all MMA and BJJ cuts to prevent seam blowouts during high-range movements such as high kicks, takedowns, and guard work. Double-stitched side seams are standard on all styles.

We offer four waistband configurations: (1) hook-and-loop Velcro closure with internal drawstring — the MMA standard; (2) elastic waist with drawstring — for training and grappling comfort; (3) fully elastic waist — for Vale Tudo and compression shorts; and (4) custom silicone-grip inner band to prevent the waistband from riding up during live rolling. Waistband width and branding can be fully customised.

Pre-production sampling typically takes 10–21 days, including pattern making and fabric sourcing. Once your sample is approved, bulk production lead times average 3–4 weeks depending on order volume. Air freight (DHL/FedEx) to the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia takes 7–12 days. Sea freight takes 25–40 days. Orders using in-stock fabric colours are processed faster than orders requiring custom fabric dyeing.

Yes. GYMHUR delivers a fully branded, retail-ready product. We produce custom woven neck labels, satin wash care labels with your branding, inner-waist printed branding, and retail hang-tags. Poly-bag packaging with your logo is also available. All branding is confirmed in writing and on a pre-production sample before bulk production begins.
