Once your design is approved, bulk production takes 3–4 weeks. We ship door-to-door via DHL or FedEx air freight to the USA, UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada and the EU which typically takes 7–12 days from dispatch. Total time from order confirmation to delivery is usually 4–5 weeks. We recommend placing orders at least 6 weeks before your season start date to allow buffer time.

We use full dye-sublimation printing for all jersey customisation. Unlike screen printing or heat-press transfers, sublimation embeds the ink directly into the polyester fibres of the fabric. This means player names, squad numbers, sponsor logos, and patterns will not crack, peel, fade, or add any weight to the jersey — even after hundreds of washes. For club badges and crests, we also offer direct embroidery, woven patches, and 3D silicone heat transfers depending on your preference.

We manufacture complete squad packages including outfield player kits, contrasting goalkeeper kits with padding, warm-up tops, training bibs, and tracksuits — all in a matching colourway with consistent branding. This allows clubs to kit out their entire squad, including substitutes and coaching staff, from a single order with a single supplier.

Yes. Many clubs order home and away kits simultaneously to consolidate shipping costs and ensure both sets match exactly in fabric, construction, and sizing. We keep your Pantone colour codes on file after the first order so mid-season re-orders or replacement kits are consistent with the original production run.

We manufacture soccer jerseys using 100% Polyester Micro-Interlock or Bird’s-Eye Mesh fabric at 140–160 GSM. Both are ultra-lightweight, moisture-wicking fabrics designed for maximum breathability and sweat management during high-intensity play. For our Pro “Player” Grade kits, we add laser-cut ventilation panels on the side panels and heat-bonded sew-free hems to further reduce friction and weight.
