Frequently Asked Questions
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We believe in supporting new brands as they grow. While our standard bulk MOQ is 50 pieces per design, we offer flexible lower thresholds for startups.
Important Note on Fabrics: For low-quantity orders, we utilize premium “Stock Market” fabrics (readily available colors and blends) to keep your costs and lead times down. Custom fabric knitting or exact Pantone dyeing is reserved for bulk production runs where high volumes justify the mill setup.
Do you ship directly to Ireland, the UK, USA and the rest of the world?
Yes. We are a 100% export-oriented manufacturer. We have established logistics partnerships with DHL, FedEx, and sea cargo forwarders to deliver Door-to-Door to Dublin, London, New York, and beyond. We handle the export documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Can you manufacture custom designs from my Tech Pack?
Absolutely. We specialize in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing). Send us your Tech Pack, sketches, or a reference sample. Our pattern masters will replicate your exact fit, fabric weight (GSM), and sizing requirements. If you don’t have a Tech Pack, our design team can help you create one.
Do you make match-grade GAA Sliotars?
Yes. Unlike general sports suppliers, we have a dedicated leather division for GAA equipment. We manufacture Size 5 (Senior Match), Size 4 (Camogie/Youth), and “Go Games” balls. All our match balls are hand-stitched to official weight and diameter specifications using premium cowhide leather.
What are your payment terms for international orders?
We typically require a 50% deposit to commence production (purchasing fabric and materials) and the remaining 50% balance upon completion, before shipping. We accept international bank transfers (TT), Western Union, and other standard B2B payment methods.
What is your standard turnaround time (Lead Time)?
Timeframes depend on order complexity. Generally:
Sampling: 2–3 weeks (including pattern making).
Bulk Production: 4–6 weeks after sample approval.
Shipping: Courier (DHL/FedEx) takes 7-15 days; Sea Cargo takes 30–40 days.
Note: Orders using in-stock fabrics are processed faster than orders requiring custom fabric knitting/dyeing.
Do you offer "Private Label" services (Tags & Packaging)?
Yes. We deliver a fully branded product ready for retail. We can produce custom woven neck labels, satin wash care labels, and branded hang-tags with your logo. We also offer custom poly-bags for a complete professional finish.
How much do samples cost, and is the fee refundable?
We charge a fee for sampling to cover the cost of pattern setup, labor, and courier charges. However, this is an investment in quality. In many cases, the sampling fee is adjustable or refundable when you place a bulk order of 100+ pieces for that specific design.
What customization techniques do you offer?
We offer a full range of decoration methods to suit your design:
Sublimation: Perfect for all-over prints on polyester (Rashguards, Jerseys).
Screen Printing & DTF: Ideal for cotton hoodies and tees.
Embroidery/Tackle Twill: Best for premium logos and team crests.
Silicon/Heat Transfer: For a modern, minimalist look on activewear.
What is your stance on ethical manufacturing and child labor?
GYMHUR enforces a strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding child labor, forced labor, and unsafe working conditions. We are committed to ethical manufacturing standards that protect the rights and safety of our workers.
We operate with full transparency. We welcome prospective clients to visit our facility in Sialkot, and we are open to third-party social compliance audits (such as BSCI or SEDEX) upon request to verify our standards.
How do you ensure Quality Control (QC) creates a defect-free product?
We don’t just “check” the product at the end; we manage quality at every step. Our rigorous 3-Stage Inspection Process ensures consistency:
Material Inspection: We check fabric GSM, color fastness, and flaws before cutting begins.
Inline Inspection: Our QC managers monitor stitching lines and sizing accuracy during the sewing process.
Final Audit: Every single piece is measured, trimmed, and checked for cleanliness before it goes into the poly-bag.
